Xbox Kinect Console - Microsoft’s Next Gen Motion Gaming Console!

Gaming fans who happen to be closely following Microsoft’s “Project Natal” might have heard it was recently given an official name - Xbox Kinect. This is a new development from Microsoft which will introduce a whole new level of gaming for all Xbox users. The Kinect uses a 3D camera which recognizes and translates gamer’s movements to the game world. With this console, no longer will we play our games seated on the couch. Gamers will run, jump, duck and swing their entire bodies! Microsoft made this official annoucement at the Kinect’s Debut in E3 Los Angeles.

Aside from the official launch of the name, Microsoft is keeping hush on all other particulars for example price and release date to increase anticipation for its new gadget. However, anothing thing to note is that the Kinect isn’t a standalone gadget but will instead, require to be plugged to the Xbox 360. This is great news for those individuals who are currently quite happy with the number of games that they have for the old Xbox, and do not truly wish to buy a whole new console just to be able to try out this new one.

Even though Microsoft kept us in the dark about pricing, it is estimated that the Kinect will probably be priced at around $50 to $200. About 15 games will also be launched together with the Kinect in November.
